COVID-19 Management Plan

All people over the age of 16 MUST provide proof of FULL vaccination to obtain entry to VRROOM.
Acceptable proof of Vaccination are Covid 19 Digital Certificate or a printed version of the certificate, Immunisation History or a Medical Excemption.
All people over the age of 16 must checkin using the Service NSW QR Code or have their details recorded by a Staff Member.
All people over the age of 12 MUST wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth at all times while in the premises expect when using a headset.
All people are to use hand Sanitiser on entry to VRROOM.

All VRROOM Staff are fully vaccinated as per Government Health Orders.
Any staff or customers that have fluelike symptoms or are unwell will be asked to leave the premises.
A Maximum of 50 people are permitted in the premises at any one time under the 4m Rule.
Maximum 2 persons permitted per station.

Staff and customers are asked to maintian a safe 1.5m distance from each other except for poeple from the same household.
Customers are asked not to gather outside the premises.

All staff and customers must use hand sanitiser before and after handling the VR equipment.
All VR equipment will be cleaned and sanitised before and after each use.
Tables, chairs and couches will be cleaned and sanitised regularly throughout the day.
Single use headset covers will be made available to all users.
Customers are requierd to wash their hands throughly after using the toilet facilities.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card is our prefered method of payment.

Customers must supply their Name, Phone Number or Email address to staff as directed by the NSW Health Department.
Customers contact information will be kept secure and used only for Covid-19 tracing purposes if required.
